Not every house is selling for over asking anymore. In fact, it’s down to about 1 in 4 homes today, compared to nearly half in 2021. And that's a good sign for buyers. It means the market is getting back to normal. Now, this is going to vary by area. But overall, it means you may find sellers with more wiggle room on their price today.
