We had a great experience using Phyllis as our realtor. We were super lucky to have met her through a mutual friend. We moved to Vegas from upstate NY, so we were in a weird situation waiting for our home to sell. Phyllis was super patient. The market was crazy so you had to be on top of your game and fast. Phyllis used electronic signature so everything could be done by email. We didn't have to leave work to sign off on documents...very convinent and allowed us to move quickly when making offers. She had a reputable mortgage company for us to use, along with a reliable home inspector. The home inspector was awesome, give us a full packet on our home with suggestions on what we should push back on with seller. Phyllis Duran recently helped us buy our first home. The process was lengthy because we are so picky, but Phyllis was constantly positive and encouraging throughout. She was flexible in the times that we had to meet and showed us a number of homes, even if they did not match the requirements we originally gave her.
